Apples and Peanut Butter Dip

This was a favorite BEFORE being pregnant but I tell ya, the craving is strong with this one because it tastes like such a treat but it is so good for you!

So no, you don't have to be pregnant to enjoy it... actually my toddler loves it too... heck they just love to dip food period.

Enjoy anytime of the day, or multiple times a day...

Cut up your favorite kind of apple. We like tart for the most part in this family but today I used Honey Crisp.



Then take half of a cup of plain greek yogurt, a tsp of peanut butter and a tsp of raw honey... mix and VOILA!!

Healthy snack or breakfast side (or if for a toddler breakfast) made easy, healthy and very tasty!!
