Buffalo Cauliflower

If you are like me, you LOVE chicken wings... and I mean LOVE!

So why not make that same great taste but a HEALTHIER version?

It is SUPER easy, in fact it is easier than the "real deal".

All you need is 3 things...

1. Cauliflower florets

2. Frank's Hot Sauce

3. Plain Greek Yogurt... or you could use Greek Yogurt Ranch

Preheat your oven for 350 degrees.

In a bag toss however much cauliflower you want in a zip lock bag. Then add enough Frank's Hot Sauce to cover your cauliflower. Shake, shake, shake that bag!


Then put the cauliflower on a cookie sheet with a tin foil liner for easy clean up for 30 minutes.


After they are cooked, I like to toss them in more hot sauce but you could leave them be too.


Use the plain Greek yogurt or the Greek yogurt ranch as a dipping sauce to balance out the heat...you could also have some carrot sticks with too... it helps to cool the tongue and if kids are eating too, they will appreciate that cool off! ;)
